Please do not demand or be rude to our volunteers.
Before you sign up for our service, you will have read our Legal Terms and will have hopefully, decided whether our service is appropriate for you /and or the project needs.

If your issue is very urgent and you have waited more than 2 hours without a response, you can send an email to the following address.

Your email should include a clear description of the issue, your role, your node, VMID, IP addresses, and steps you have taken to resolve, including any logs or screenshots.
This will call volunteers within fosshost prompting them to look at your issue urgently. This must not be abused as you might be waking people up.
